Please Note: It is impossible to prevent pressure marks in velvet. If the pile does become crushed, the angle of pile alters, which may result in areas of pile appearing lighter or darker in shade. During time pile may relax and lift, if any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.
